I LOVE reading and any spare moment or spare brain space I have is spent or used up by reading reading reading! I mostly read Fantasy or Paranormal Romance and yes, like most fantasy readers I love it because I can escape the stresses of life into a world that is so unlike my own. What a better distraction? :-)
